(a+b)/(a-b)

(2 \div 5 + 3 \div 2) \div (2 \div 5 - 3 \div 2)

(2/5 + 3/2 ) / (2/5-3/2)

(4+15/10) / (4-15/10)

(19/10) / (11/10)

-(19/10 x 10/11)

- (19/11)

this is the answer.
