since  \\ \: a = 2  \\  b = -3 \\ c = 1

the \: question \: is \:  \frac{a}{b} - c

lets \: write \: this \: in \: numerical \: form \: \frac{2}{-3} - 1 \\  \frac{-2 - 3}{3}  =   \frac{ - 5}{3}

hence \: the \: answer \: is \:  \frac{ - 5}{3}
