If a 2 digit integer is k times the sum of its digits, the value of the number obtained by reversing the digits is the sum of the digits multiplied by? answer is 11-k. Please explain it.

Let the ones digit be x and tens digit be y
There fore the no. = 10y + x
ATQ,

10y + x = K(y+x)
10y + x = Ky + Kx
10y - Ky = Kx - x
