for finding the 21st term u can use An=A+(n-1)d....

if u need to find the sum ....use Sn formula....I am giving a answer ...I don't know... whether it is absolutely correct

A1= -3

A1= -4

common difference,d=-4-(-3)

=-4+3

=-1

A21=A+(n-1)d

= -3+(21-1)(-1)

= -3+(-20)

= -3-20

=-23
