Solution:-

$\rm { \vec{A} - \vec{B} = 3 \hat{i} - 4 \hat{j} - ( - \hat{i} - 4 \hat{j})}$

$\large\rm { = 3 \hat{i} - 4 \hat{j} + \hat{i} + 4 \hat{j}}$

$\large\rm { = 4 \hat{i}}$

so, $\large\rm { \vec{A} - \vec{B} = 4 \hat{i}}$
