Hey there!!

Here's your answer

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

___________________

A +B+C =
4 {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} - 6xy + 3 {y}^{2} + 12 {x}^{2} + 8xy + 6 {x}^{2} + 8 {y}^{2} + 6xy \\ = 22 {x}^{2} + 8xy + 12 {y}^{2} \\ = 2(11 {x}^{2} + 4xy + 6 {y}^{2} ) \\
