-7/a = -7/(5+√2)
Rationalising factor = 5 - √2
→ = -7(5-√2)/(5+√2)(5-√2)
= (-35+7√2)/(5²-√2²)
= (7√2-35)/(25-2)
= (7√2-35)/23
