Explanation:

Given vector :-

A= 6i -8j

B= -8i-3j

C= 26i-19j

Find :- We have to find the value of a and b.

Given equation :-

aA+bB+C=0

Now concept :-

If any vector

xi+yj+zkl= 0

xi+yj+zk=0i+0j+0k

So. x=0

y=0

z=0

Applied this concept

For i vector

Given equation will become

3a-4b+13 =0 _________(1)

For j vector

Given equation will become

8a+3b+19=0 ___________(2)

Now solved the equation number 1 and 2 ,in this way we can easily

get the value of a and b.
