explaination-

firslty 2 matrices are taken randomly

then according to the question 3A is found then 2B

then we subtracted them according to what the question says

then transpose was found

let's name it as C

secondly,

we took the same matrices and found 3A and 2B

but then we took their transpose and did the subtraction part

we got another matrice

lets name it as D

we got that matrice C and D are same

thus we conclude the answer!
