if a and b are the roots of the equation x^2+ax+b=0 then show that a+b=0. Please help me with this i will mark brainlist if i am satisfied.

So, a+b=-a

2a+b=0

b=-2a

Also, product of the roots is b.

So, ab=b

Hence, a=1

If a=1, then

b=-2
