Answer:

X^2 +4x+3=(x+3)(x+1)

The zeros are a=-3,b=-1

1+b/a=1+1/3=4/3

1+a/b=1+(-3)/-1=4

The polynomial equation is x^2 - (4/3+4)x)+16/3=0

X^2 - (16/3)x+16/3=0

3x^2 - 16x+16=0
