we get

a^4-2a^3-48a^2-32a+256 = 0

sol this eqn we get a = 2,-4,8
frm eqn 2 we get b = 8,-4,2

both three values of a&b satisfy both eqn
so possible value of 3a-19b = -144,64,-14
