$\frac{B}{C} = \frac{4 \times 3}{5 \times 3} = \frac{12}{15}$

Answer is 8:12:15

Reason is that the two B terms dont match, so the B terms have to match to get the whole ratio. so we used LCM.

so, first ratio is (2 X 12) : 12
