Step-by-step explanation:

a²+b²=3ab

by simply above equation we get

(a-b)²+2ab=3ab ...........from (a-b)²=a²+b²-2ab

(a-b)²=ab

taking log on both sides

we get

log(a-b)²= logab

2log(a-b)= loga+logb

log(a-b)=1/2(loga+logb)
