a = b+3,

ab = 4-------eq. 2

(b+3)b = 4

b^2 +3b = 4

b^2+3b-4 = 0

b^2-1b+4b-4 = 0

b(b-1)+4(b-1) = 0

(b+4)(b-1) = 0

b+4 = 0 b-1 = 0

b = -4 b = 1

Substitute b = 1 in eq.1

a-b = 3

a-1 = 3

a = 3+1

a = 4

a^3-b^3 = 4^3-1^3

=64-1

=63

Therefore, a^3-b^3 = 63
