a+b=3 ,

a-b=2,

(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab————-(1)

(a-b)^2=a^2–2ab+b^2————(2)

(1)-(2)=>(a+b)^2-(a-b)^2=2(a^2+b^2)

=>(3)^2-(2)2=2(a^2+b^2)

=>6–4=2(a^2+b^2)

=>2=2(a^2+b^2)

the value of 2 (a^2+b^2) is 2
