Answer:

The answer is 22/13

 \frac{a}{b}  =  \frac{7}{3}  \\ so \:3 a = 7b \\ or \: a =  \frac{7b}{3}  \\  \\

put the value of a in the equation ☞

so \: 5a + 3b \:  =  \:  \frac{35b}{3}  + 3b \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   = \frac{(35b + 9b)}{3}  \\  =  \frac{44b}{3}

the other ☞

5a - 3b \:  =   \frac{35b}{3}  - 3b \\  \:  \:  \:  =  \frac{(35b - 9b)}{3}  \\  \:  \:  =  \frac{26b}{3}

 \frac{5a + 3b}{ 5a - 3b}  \\  \:  \:  =  \frac{44b}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{26b}

 \frac{44}{26} = \frac{22}{13}
