A + B = 76 A - B = 38 2A = 114. ..... By adding both the equations Therefore, A = 57 Substituting A = 57 in A + B = 76, we get, 57 + B = 76 . B = 76 - 57 . B = 19 Therefore, A = 57 and B = 19 A / B = 57 / 19 = 3 / 1 = 3 Answer is 3

A  +B = 76
A - B = 38
.................. (Adding we get )
2A = 114
A = 114 / 2
A = 57
Apply the value in any of the above equation we get
57 + B = 76
B = 76 - 57
B = 19
A/B = 57 /19
A /B = 3
