if a-b=9,a^2+b^2=881 what is a+b​

a-b= 9

=> (a-b)² = 9²

=> a² + b² -2ab = 81

=> 881 - 81 = 2ab

=> 800 = 2ab

Now, (a+b)² = a² + b² + 2ab

=> (a+b)² = 881 + 800

=> (a+b)² = 1681

=> (a+b) = √1681

=> (a+b) = 41
