If a+b=9 and ab= 10 find the value of a square+b square.

hey mate here is ur ans
(a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab

=>a²+b²=(a+b)²-2ab=9²-2*10=81-20=61

a^2+b^2=(a+b)^2-2ab
We know from question ,that
a+b=9
ab=10
then after putting the values in
(a+b)^2-2ab
a^2+b^2= (9)^2-2×10
=81-20

a^2-b^2=61
