If a,b are twin prime and b,c are twin primes too, a,b and c have to be a prime triplet. There are just 2 prime triplets, they are "2,3,5" and "3,5,7". Twin primes differ by 2 but in the first prime triplet, that is"2,3,5", 2 and 3 do not differ by 2 so the only triplet remaining is that of "3,5,7". So 3,5 and 7 will be a,b and c respectively. If a is 3 and c is 7, a+c = 3+7 = 10.
