let we took 2x,5x,7x

a^2+b^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

b^2+c^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

(2x)^2+(5x)^2+2×2x×5x=49x^2

(5x)^2+(7x)^2+2×5x×7x=154x^2

49x^2:154x^2=7:22
