Hello,
1/b+1/d=m/c
multiplies the second equation by c;
c/b+c/d=m
mutiplies everything by b
c+cb/d=mb;
c+cb/d=a+c;
subtracts c from both sides
bc/d=a;
multiplies
bc=ad;
divides both sides by bd
c/d=a/b

bye :-)

Answer:b+d/bd = m/c(cross multiply)

Cb+cd = mb×d

Cb+cd =(a+c)×d

Cb+cd=ad+cd(as cd is common)

Cb=ad

a/b=c/d

Thusa:b::c:d
