He'd be unhappy for a good while, weak and fragile of bone and muscle for a while. It would take weeks for muscle development to catch up. It would take up to a few years for his structural bones to remodel.
But being 10, he's going to prepubescent and still small and light, with his third rapid growth interval still to come.
Ten years later you'd probably have a really tall and wiry kid with no particular disfigurement.
(This assumes the kid was reasonably active during his time on mars and he was also receiving correct nutrition in all the various stages of development.)
