For first half distance :

Speed is 20 m/s

Thus time taken t₁ = X 20

For second half distance : Speed is 30 m/s

Thus time taken t₂ X 30

Average velocity Vavg = 2x t₁ + t₂

Vavg 2x + 2 x 20 x 30 20+30 X 20 X 30
