Buddha said, Life is suffering.
And then told why is life suffering?
And also, how to end up the suffering.
We always tend to look at the first sentence, then map it up with our experience, and then give a conclusion - Life is suffering. In fact through such questions we only seek validation of our concepts.
But there lies an important question beneath - To whom is life suffering?
Sometime back when I was pondering on the same question, I happen to find discover a book - ‘Advait in Everyday Life’ by Acharya Prashant which not only clarified my doubts but actually dissolved my question. It was simply amazing.
Lets me bring up here excerpt from the book to understand this.
hope it will help you.
