here, u=20m/s

a=-5m/s*s

v=0m/s

t=?

by using Newton's first equation of motion,we get,

v=u+at

0=20+(-5)*t

0=20-5*t

0-20=-5*t

-20=-5*t

-20/-5=t

4=t

or t=4s

plzzzzz mark as brainliest.

hey mate

here is the answer..

Answer:

initial velocity (u)=20 m/s

final velocity (v)=0

deceleration (-a)=-5m/s²

we know,

a=v-u/t

where t=time taken

t=v-u/a

t=0-20/-5

t=-20/-5

t=4 s

thus,

time taken by bus to stop is 4 s.
