No, it's light do not work even if there is a driver he won't see any thing because he will already travelling with the speed of light

If a car moves with speed of light though it is an imaginary and currently impossible situation ,
if we move with the speed of light the light will always move away from us at a equal speed ,
Hence the head light light of the car will still move irrespective of the speed.....
