Because,

We will reverse all eord expect last one and then move two forward alphabets.
 RAIL - IARL - KCTN (because TWO MOVING LIKE I , J , K)
SPEAK - AEPSK - CGRUM
SIMILARLY,
AVOID - IOVAD - KQXCF.
