A. Get the client motivated
B. Help the client with a kitchen makeover
C. Have a personal chat about how they won't get results without commitment
D. Assess their social support and a variety of other variables to determine their limiting factor(s)
ANSWER IS D. A seems like a possible answer but we really want to be able to find the clients limiting factors to eliminate their poor nutritional adherance and essentially improve their outcome.
