If a conductor is deflected towards north when it is introduced to a magnetic field in East-West Direction, What is the direction of induced current ?​

Current direction should be towards south.

According to Fleming's left hand rule,  if  the thumb, the middle finger and the forefinger of the left hand at right angles to each other, then thumb points towards the direction of the magnetic force, the middle finger gives the direction of current and the forefinger points in the direction of magnetic field.

Since current in a conductor is due to negative electrons. So current direction should be towards south. From Fleming's left hand rule the magnetic force will be downwards.
