If a consumer wants to get reimbursement when denied inspite of guarantee period what does he do??? (simple answer needed)

If the consumer has all documents pertaining to the purchase and enough grounds to seek a refund or show that there has been exploitation, then he/she may approach the local Consumer Court with these details.

Consumer Courts are specially set up by the Indian government, to handle cases regarding consumer grievances and disputes. These courts protect consumer rights and maintains fair practises by the seller.
