If a driver in front stops suddenly and a collision occurs it is the "fault" of the driver of the car in back .
If two cars are going one after the other, or in other words one car is moving infront of the other car and if the car in front applies a brake due to any circumstance, and as a result both the cars collide, it is the fault of the car in behind for this accident.
Cars which are behind must always be prepared for these kind of incidents as cars can apply brakes in any situation. Thus it is the responsibility of the drivers of the cars in back to observe the cars which are in their front.
