Let the fraction be x/y

then,

x+9/y=2 first equation

x/y-2=1 second equation

solving first equation we get

x+9=2y

x=2y-9

now putting value of x in second equation we get

2y-9/y-2=1

2y-9=y-2

y=9-2

y=7

x=2y-9

x=2*7-9

x=14-9

x=5

Therefore,

fraction is 5/7
