if a gas jar containing air is placed in upside down position over a gas jar full of red-brown bromine vopour by a student, then explain what his/her observation will be and what is the property of matter which is shown by this activity

they will not mix. bromine vapour will settle down and air will collect at the top of its container. ( under STP )
