Answer:

From my calculations, I got that B would be 72.7% of A (not the same as less than A)

A = B + 0.375 x B (B + 37.5% of B to make it more than)

A = B(1+0.375) (B is a common factor)

A = 1.375B

B = A/1.375 OR (1/1.375)*A

B = 0.7272727272727272.....A

B = 72.7% of A

Writing it the same way as we did above to find A

B = 0.727A = (1-x)A

1-x = 0.727

x = 0.273

Therefore B is 27.3% less than A

if the question is like that

Question : If A got 37.5% less than B , then by what is the percentage of B

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

A is 37.5% less than of B

that means: 100%B=100%A +37.5%B

(100-37.5)%B=100%A

62.5%B=100%A

1%B=(100/62.5)%A

100%B=100(100/62.5)%A

100%B=160%A

so , when B is 100 then A needs to be 160 to be equal to B , that means B is greater than A , as we already know. So how much?

lets take the difference

B percentage is 60 % (after taking the difference).
