If a material can be drawn into thin wire it is said to ductility ;-

ductility is a process through which we can convert the metal into thin wires by the property of metal ,

for eg gold which is most ductile metal which can be drawn up to 2km for 1 g of gold .

so ductility is property of metal through which it can drawn into thin wires .
