if a moving body has the variable velocity then why it has the uniform acceleration.
I am asking not about the circular and circumference and all about the radius I am asking only that if a moving body has a variable velocity only why it has uniform acceleration .

Explanation:
A body having uniform acceleration has a constant increase or decrease in speed per unit time.i.e., the rate of change in velocity is constant. Thus, a body can have a variable velocity (that changes with a constant pace) even if the acceleration of the body is constant.

Even if a body has variable velocity, it can have uniform acceleration.
For example a body changes its velocity from 3m/s to 4m/s in 4s and 4m/s to 5m/s in the next 4s. So, clearly, the velocity is variable as it is not constant (uniform).
But acceleration in both case = 1/4 m/s².
So, even if the velocity is varying, acceleration is still constant :)
