Since mutation is a genetic change,it is likely that the offspring would inherit it. But that is not something obvious as the child would be the result of the fusion of both the gametes.
If the parents genome has mutation in 2 chromosome of a set then the progeny would surely show the same genetic and phenotypic change as one of the parents.
