Step-by-step explanation:

Q. If an angle is four times of its supplement, how much does each of them measure ?

Answer>>>

As you know some of the supplementary angles is 180.

So lets take the first angle as x.

So the value of second angle is 4x

So our equation becomes>>>

x+4x=180

5x= 180

x=180/5

x=36

So the value of 1st angle is 36 degree.

The value of second angle will be>>>

4x= 4*x

= 36*4

= 144 degree

So the value of second angle is 144 degree.
