= area of triangle abc

= base × height / 2

= 13×5/2

=65/2

=32.5 sq

=area of triangle ade

=base × height / 2

= 6 × 6 / 2

= 36 / 2

= 18 sq

area of EBCD = triangle ABC - triangle ADE

= 32.5sq - 18 sq

= 14.5 sq answer
