if a particle has displacement 3t^2-t.then,find out velocity of particle if time is given= 1 sec​

Answer :

Relation between displacement of particle and time is provided.

  • x = 3t² - t

We have to find instantaneous velocity of particle at t = 1 second.

Instantaneous velocity of body :

  • v = (Δt → 0) Δx/Δt = dx/dt

➳ v = dx/dt

➳ v = d(3t² - t)/dt

➳ v = 6t - 1

➳ v = 6(3) - 1

➳ v = 18 - 1

v = 17m/s
