If a pendulum is suspended from a moving car with acceleration a on an angle inclined plane, what is the effective g for a pendulum?

There are two accelerations of pendulum bob: (1) gravitational acceleration in downward direction and (2) a pseudo acceleration opposite to acceleration of the car.

The resultant acceleration or effective g is g(e)= vector g + vector of pseudo acceleration - a.

This is for car moving on horizontal road.
