B) 10m

Explanation:

Earth

Gravity, g_e = 9.8 m/s^2

height, h_e = 2m

Planet

Gravity, g_p = 1.96 m/s^2

height, h_p = ?

The ratio is \frac {g_p}{g_e} = \frac {1}{5}\\

Thus gravity value of the planet decreases by 5 times and height will increase by 5 times as compared to earth .

height, h_p = height on earth, h_e \times 5

= 2 \times 5\\= 10 m

Thus, height is 10m.
