If a person holding a bucket and going forward direction then how much work he done ?
I know this w = F.d cos teta
But logically I am not satisfied

See when you walk or move According to a reference frame from the ground you and bucket gets the same velocity but the pseudo force acts backwards to the bucket.. inclining it to some angle depending upon the speed the angle changes after that those speed factors gets cancelled out and you get relationship of inclination and the displacement it creates and hence you get F*dcos@..
