x^4 - 6x³ + 8x² + 6x -9

(x+1)(x-3) = x² - 2x - 3

x^4 - 6x³ + 8x² + 6x -9  ÷   x² 3x - 3

x² - 4x + 3

x² - 3x - x + 3

x(x-3) -1(x- 3)

(x-3) (x-1)

so other two numbers = 3, 1
