We know the 1st law of reflection and that is
Angle of incidence = Angle of reflection
This means that we have to take the angle between normal and incident ray or reflected rays for incident or reflected angles. Here in the question, it's given that the angle between the plane mirror and the incident ray is 30°. So, as it's 90° from plane to normal.
90° - 30° = 60°
So the angle of incidence is 60°.So , the angle of reflection will be also same as angle of incidence. i.e. 60°.
