if a rod of length l rotating with w is at a distance of x from a wire. Find induced Emf on the rod.(Current I is flowing through the wire)

there will be no induced emf in the rod if it constantly remains at same distance.

but when it moves back and forth to the rod then magnetic flux will be changed.

and hence changing magnetic flux will produce induced EMF.

according to Faraday equation

∈=-NΔФ/Δt
