a=$\sqrt{2$, b=$\sqrt{6$ and c= $\sqrt{8$

To find;

The measure of angle A

Solution;

We know that,

CosA= $b^{2}$ + $c^{2}$ - $a^{2}$/2bc

CosA= 6 + 8 - 2/8$\sqrt{3}$

CosA=$\frac{12}{8\sqrt{3} }$

CosA= $\frac{\sqrt{3} }{2}$

A = 30°

Hence angle A is equal to 30°
