Hello Sanya,

Given,

a runs faster than e.

∴ a > e                      ---- (i)

a runs slower than b.

∴ a < b                      ---- (ii)

b runs faster than c.

∴ b > c                          ---- (iii)

b runs slower than d.

∴ b<d                           ---- (iv)

Combining i, ii, iii and iv,

e < a < c <b < d

Therefore, d runs the fastest.
